Tree Trimming

Recently, the Association decided to improve the community and assist homeowners by trimming low-hanging tree branches and trees otherwise in need upon and/or encroaching upon the common area. The Association is performing these services free of charge, and to ensure that no charge is incurred for the labor or trimming, board members and community residents are volunteering their time to complete this work for the benefit of the community.

HOA Board Election Night 2

It was great to see many of you Wednesday night for our first night accepting ballots for our 2022-2023 HOA Board. At this time, we still have not met our 30% quorum as required by our covenants and bylaws for the election of our board. There are two ways you can submit your ballot or proxy:Stop by tomorrow night (Saturday, July 30) from 7-8 pm at 11161 Guy Street (at the corner of Aleene & Guy). It’s a convenient, easy location for everyone to reach. If you are unable to drop off tomorrow night, you can email a proxy to rajiv4SandCreekHOA@gmail.com. If you have any questions, please contact us at hoa@sandcreekfarmshoa.org.Thank you for helping us continue our efforts to maintain a great neighborhood!

Did You Know? Cutting down trees

The topic arose during our June 1 HOA meeting and we wanted to follow up with a reminder to all residents. If you would like to cut down a tree, you are free to do so. You do not need to receive approval from the HOA.

If you would like to plant a new tree between the sidewalk and the curb, Fishers does have stipulations, which can be viewed on the Planning & Zoning Department page: Street Tree Permit.
