At this time, we still have not met our 30% quorum as required by our covenants and bylaws for the election of our board. There are two ways you can submit your ballot or proxy:Stop by tomorrow night (Saturday, July 30) from 7-8 pm at 11161 Guy Street (at the corner of Aleene & Guy). It’s a convenient, easy location for everyone to reach. If you are unable to drop off tomorrow night, you can email a proxy to rajiv4SandCreekHOA@gmail.com. If you have any questions, please contact us at hoa@sandcreekfarmshoa.org.Thank you for helping us continue our efforts to maintain a great neighborhood!

Did You Know? Cutting down trees

The topic arose during our June 1 HOA meeting and we wanted to follow up with a reminder to all residents. If you would like to cut down a tree, you are free to do so. You do not need to receive approval from the HOA.

If you would like to plant a new tree between the sidewalk and the curb, Fishers does have stipulations, which can be viewed on the Planning & Zoning Department page: Street Tree Permit.

Board Election – July 27, 2022

This meeting will be for the sole purpose of voting for the 2022-2023 board. There is no other agenda or items to be discussed at this meeting. You can drop off your vote at the back of the neighborhood (see PayHOA for full address) from 7-8 p.m.

There are only three people who have stated their interest in being on the board. Your vote is still required to confirm the selection of these three people.

If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to submit your proxy. The proxy can be found by going to the payhoa.com website and selecting Documents → Annual Meeting Information. Questions? Contact us.

Communication was sent via email Monday, July 20. If you did not receive the email, please let us know. A mailing will be sent to your home as well with the information.
