I have lived in Sand Creek Farms since 2014. I am a proud dad of 5 amazing kids ranging in ages from 4 years old to 20 years old. Myles is 20, Taia is 18, Owen is 17, Nik is 9 & Zoei is 4 years old. I have worked in the Real Estate Industry in Commercial and Residential Brokerage Services and Real Estate Development for over 23 years now specializing in the areas of land development, re-development of residential, commercial and multi-family.
My wife Stacie was co-owner of a landscaping company and went on to start her own community consulting firm managing 28 communities in the Indianapolis area. After the 2009 housing market crash, Stacie went on to start a full service marketing company & a global consulting firm for philanthropic projects & non profits. She has a passion for helping people & helping others succeed. She also loves being a full time mom of 5 kiddos and will be pulling in her experience of “community building” to our neighborhood.
Areas of responsibility:
- Board Transparency to the Members it serves
- Audit of the governing documents and updating our governing documents
- Implementing Zoom or like kind platform to allow for ALL members the opportunity to participate
- I take my fiduciary responsibility seriously to make honest, thoughtful decisions on all matters that come before the Board, regardless of any personal interests or allegiances
- Address the ongoing financials concerns between our budget and actual expenses through an audit of our service providers, capital improvements, compliance / collection of dues
- Help grow our neighborhood into a community
