Resident of Guy Street since 2006
Professional Background: Gerry currently serves as President and CEO of Corvano LLC, a technology integration company.
Interest in Serving: Served on the inaugural SCF HOA Board for 6 years. Gerry is running because he cares about our neighborhood and believes board experience, institutional knowledge, and professional background can be useful. He wants to ensure our HOA remains transparent, responsive, fiscally responsible
Biography: Gerry is a United States Air Force veteran and has spent his career leading teams, managing complex operations, solving problems, and helping organizations make responsible decisions.
John Brooks
Resident of Guy Street since 2008
Professional Background: Retired from insurance industry
Interest in Serving: John previously served on the SCF HOA Board for 5 years as President, Vice President and Member At Large. During his time on the board he worked closely with vendors to maintain the community and keep costs low.
Biography: John’s work in the insurance industry required attention to details in financials, loss prevention and working with others on short and long term planning. John has also assisted in finding vendors that have reduced neighborhood costs and assisted with playground equipment repair.
Matt Fagan
Resident of Guy Street since 2008
Professional Background: Corporate Building Superintendent
Interest in Serving: Matt is excited to support the community and share his construction field knowledge.
Biography: Matt has previously served as President and Vice President of our HOA Board.
Shawn Miller
Resident of Candice Drive since 2011
Professional Background: Intranet Development Manager
Interest in Serving: Shawn has enjoyed the opportunity to be a part of the board the past several years and assist in maintaining our neighborhood.
Biography: Shawn has worked in healthcare digital strategy for over 18 years.
Chad Russell
Resident of Guy Street since 2016
Professional Background: Chad works in SEC Reporting for First Internet Bank
Interest in Serving: Chad is interested in using his financial skills toward helping the board manage HOA finances.
Biography: Chad started his banking career in external audits before transitioning to internal audits.
Brian Wisinski

Professional Background: AICC Member, Red Cross, Contract Management, Infrastructure Maintenance, Compliance Training & Management
Interest in Serving: Brian has gained leadership skills in his many roles. Additionally Brian is committed to respectful, ethical management that prioritizes the best interest of the neighborhood.
